Remote, 12-month contract with potential to extend
Responsibilities
- Design and execute descriptive and complex statistical analyses using real-world data sources (claims, EHR, registries)
- Develop, QC, and deliver TFLs for protocols, reports, and manuscripts supporting observational research studies
- Collaborate with epidemiologists and HEOR scientists to define study measures, select appropriate RWD databases, and contribute to Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs)
- Support health economic modeling efforts by generating and validating input parameters from RWD analyses
Experience / Background
- 7+ years of statistical programming and RWD analytical experience with a Master’s in public health, epidemiology, health economics, or related field; or 5+ years with a PharmD or PhD
- Proficiency in SAS, R, and/or SQL with demonstrated experience in observational study design, execution, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with real-world data sources (claims, EHR) and strong working knowledge of RWE methodology
- Background in HEOR, medical affairs, managed markets, or pharma/biotech industry research
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment; CRO or consulting experience a plus
