Core Responsibilities
•    Deliver high-quality programming outputs within established timelines 
•    Create and review analysis datasets and reporting outputs to support study deliverables 
•    Produce exploratory analyses and custom outputs as needed 
•    Build and maintain reusable code, templates, and tools to support team efficiency 
•    Contribute to internal standards, documentation, and process improvements 
•    Stay informed on evolving industry practices and applicable regulatory expectations 

Required Experience
•    3 years of experience in a regulated research or clinical data environment 
•    Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative, computational, or life science discipline 
•    Hands-on experience with statistical programming tools such as SAS and R 
•    Solid understanding of applied statistical methods used in data analysis 
•    Familiarity with structured data models commonly used in regulated research settings 
•    Experience using validation or data quality review tools 
•    Exposure to analysis workflows in a therapeutic research area (e.g., complex or longitudinal data domains) 

Preferred Experience
•    Working knowledge of Python 
•    Experience developing interactive data applications or dashboards 
•    Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude 
•    Experience contributing to automated or semi-automated data processing pipelines, including workflows that incorporate intelligent task execution or assistance 

Skills and Capabilities
•    Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams 
•    Understanding of regulatory and technical considerations for data handling and reporting 
•    Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot programming and data-related challenges
