Remote, 12-month contract with potential to renew

As an RWE (Real World Evidence) Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Project managing RWE study execution processes, including contracting, study kickoff, protocol process documentation, study conduct, report completion, publication activities, and study closure.
  • Collaborating with study teams and using PM (Program Management) best practice methodologies to support study scoping through to publication.
  • Managing project milestones, documenting and updating status in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring effective cross-functional communication to achieve project milestones and resolve issues.
  • Coordinating report reviews and results read-out meetings.
  • Supporting slide preparation and coordinating with the publication team to create and manage publication timelines.
  • Introducing and implementing Program Management Best Practices (PMBPs) to the business as appropriate.
  • Connecting with project team members to ensure efficient collaboration and effective communication.
  • Partnering closely with Client stakeholders to understand their project management needs and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare and related fields.
  • 3-4 years of project management experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Project management software knowledge is a plus
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
